Here’s how the journey works:

This program is built with love, care, and deep respect for the sacredness of your fertility path. I want you to feel fully supported, deeply encouraged, and gently held as you move through this transformational experience.

Here’s how the journey works:

Program Structure:

• 12 one-hour audio classes, sent every Sunday to your inbox.
• Designed over four months to give you time to absorb, integrate, and grow.
• Some months have extra Sundays — these are integration weeks for catch-up or deeper practice.

Important:
This is an audio-only program to honor the deep privacy of all women here — including women in the public eye. You can listen cozy at home, in your pajamas, at your own pace.

Scheduling Your Class Time:

• You'll receive the new class every Sunday, but pick any day that works for you.
• Block it on your calendar — make it a sacred, non-negotiable appointment with yourself.
• If you miss a week, don’t worry. No guilt, no pressure — just pick up where you left off during the next integration week.

Live Q&A Calls:

• 12 Live Q&A sessions are included.
• Submit one clear, focused question per week using the Weekly Check-In Form provided with each class.
• Please no emailing questions — the form helps me prepare and keep everything flowing smoothly.
• Submit your question by Wednesday to have it answered during the live call.
• Calls are audio-only, and access details (phone and web link) are provided in your email.
• If you have no questions that week, that's perfectly fine — I’ll offer bonus exercises during the call!

Important Logistics:

• No membership site — no logins, no confusion!
• Check your Sunday emails for your class (and your spam folder if you don’t see it).
• Save Saskia@getpregnantnow.com to your email contacts to ensure smooth delivery.
• Workbooks are optional — you can print and use them or simply use a journal.

After This Program:

Some women choose to continue into the Advanced Program, which offers deeper healing work around the soul of the baby, the womb, relationships, and manifesting tools.

It’s completely optional, but it's there if you feel called for more.

A Few Loving Reminders:

• Consistency beats perfection.
  Three minutes of practice morning and night is powerful.
• Be gentle with yourself.
  This journey is about progress, not performance.
• Additional meditations and tools are available if you want them — but they are purely optional. Everything you need is already inside this program.

Truly. I even have a heart-shaped note with your name tucked away in my kitchen, blessing your path each day with a loving vision for your baby.

This program is paced lovingly, intentionally, so you never have to feel overwhelmed.
Each month, you’ll receive three prerecorded classes and three live calls — a beautiful rhythm of learning and support.
